Ethan, owner and founder of Napolachian Pizza Co. holds a degree in Hospitality from Florida State University and has been providing dining services for over 15 years, spanning from Florida to Scotland and finally to Appalachia.

 

In 2018, Ethan and his wife moved to Asheville, North Carolina where they, like many other artists, chefs and makers, found their inspiration. Their business debuted under a different name in May 2021. Since then, they've added two incredible children to their family and began a homestead; on the land of Napolachia.

Napolachia is nestled in a valley surrounded by the highest peaks in Eastern America. It's a rural-artistic area with city squares and local charms. Here, Ethan honed his craft, experimenting with fresh ingredients and creative flavor combinations, as he continues to prepare and serve the Southeast's best wood-fired pizza to neighboring communities.

Some say if you peer between the highest mountain peaks from the homestead, you can see billowing smoke rising from the crater of Mount Vesuvius. Around suppertime in Napolachia, you just might catch a glimpse of Lil' Hoss Pizza Boss roaming the property. He's especially keen on the aromas of fresh pizza dough and San Marzano tomatoes.

Legend has it, Lil' Hoss brought Ethan's oven from Modena, Italy, himself, so he could continue to enjoy authentic Neapolitan Pizza as he roams the Eastern Seaboard. Keep an eye out for Lil' Hoss... he tends to follow Napolachian Pizza Co. and just might be at your next event!
